Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case laws.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, contracts, and corporate documents.
- Assist with client interactions, consultations, and case preparation.
- Participate in court proceedings and administrative tasks under senior guidance.
Requirements:
- For Associates: 1–3 years of experience in litigation or corporate practice.
- For Interns: Enrolled in or recently graduated with an LL.B (Hons) degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- High motivation, work ethic, and attention to detail.
